جون هو المدير الإداري لشركة TQ IMA، وهو عضو في مجلس الإدارة ومسؤول عن استراتيجية الأعمال والنمو والعمليات في جميع الأسواق.


يتمتع بخبرة مهنية في مجال الاستشارات التجارية والتكنولوجية تمتد لأكثر من 20 عامًا. أمضى السنوات الخمس عشرة الماضية كمدير في شركة Deloitte، حيث أسس شركة ServiceNow في المملكة المتحدة ورعاها؛ وطورها لتصبح شريكًا حائزًا على جوائز في ServiceNow.


قدم جون المشورة ونفذ بعضًا من أكبر برامج تحويل ServiceNow وأكثرها تعقيدًا في العالم، بدءًا من ITX، وحتى CSM، والموارد البشرية، وإعادة منصة البيع بالجملة عبر جميع المنتجات.

Ed leads Business Development for TQ IMA, working closely with leadership to drive growth, ensure continued success with existing clients, and foster mutually beneficial relationships within our partner network. This includes leveraging his extensive connections at ServiceNow.

With over 20 years of experience, Ed has worked with global leaders such as Shell, consulting giants like Deloitte, and has even run his own consulting business. For the past eight years, he has been deeply involved in the ServiceNow ecosystem, working with clients across the globe and building a strong reputation as a dedicated and personable professional. His commitment to putting customers first and ensuring their success has been evident throughout his career.

Ed has worked across various sectors and has successfully sold into organizations such as Shell, BP, Barclays, NatWest, MUFG, JP Morgan, Cisco, NHS, and CPS, among others. His career has also taken him across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, giving him a global perspective on business and client relationships.

With a scientific background, Ed brings a thoughtful and methodical approach to helping TQ IMA’s clients achieve their goals, ensuring alignment between their value and ours. He also works to maintain strong alignment with key partners, including ServiceNow, fostering a steady and reciprocal balance between all parties involved.

As Head of Talent at TQ IMA, Johan leads all aspects of talent acquisition, helping to shape and grow high-performing teams that align with client needs and company strategy. Working closely with leadership and delivery teams, he ensures we consistently attract, assess, and engage top-tier ServiceNow talent across the UK, Europe, and the US.

With 10 years of experience in technology recruitment, Johan brings deep market insight and a consultative approach to every engagement. His expertise spans both permanent and contract hiring, with a focus on building long-term relationships - both with candidates and clients. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality, he plays a critical role in scaling TQ IMA’s capabilities and supporting their growth.

Throughout his career, Johan has worked with a wide range of consultancies, end users, and ServiceNow partners, giving him a nuanced understanding of the ecosystem and what makes talent thrive within it. His ability to match the right people with the right environments has earned him a reputation for being trusted, thorough, and commercially aware.

Based in London, Johan also supports TQ IMA’s strategic hiring initiatives, including international expansion and senior-level appointments across the business.

Mark is the Chairman of TQ IMA and sits on the Board, supporting the leadership team with strategic direction, growth planning and international expansion.

He brings over 27 years of experience leading technology systems integration and services businesses across global markets, with a strong track record in driving growth, operational scale, and commercial performance.

Mark previously served as AVP at ServiceNow, where he was responsible for launching and scaling the business across the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, the MEA business experienced rapid expansion, securing major clients and establishing ServiceNow as a key enterprise platform in the region.

He is also a Partner at Tquila, a global technology venture fund, where he helps grow a portfolio of services firms aligned to technologies including ServiceNow, UIPath, AWS, DataBricks, Dynamics365 and Google Cloud. Mark sits on the Boards of several Systems Integrators, providing experienced, hands-on guidance to leadership teams focused on scaling performance and profitability.

His current work spans the UK, Middle East, and Africa, where he continues to play a pivotal role in identifying, backing, and advising high-potential ventures in the enterprise technology ecosystem.

 

Julian has over 15 years of experience in service delivery, consulting and managing large-scale programs, with a specialisation in service management and digital transformation. For the past 10 years, he has been focused on the ServiceNow ecosystem, building solutions across many GBS functions and leveraging AI capabilities. His expertise lies in designing and implementing scalable digital solutions that drive operational excellence and enhance user experience. He has a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects, aligning technology with business needs to achieve strategic objectives.

Julian has a solid foundation in operating model design and technology strategy, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between technical delivery and business value. This background, combined with extensive experience in ServiceNow, has enabled him to deliver impactful solutions across a range of industries, including financial services, life sciences and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. Julian’s focus is now on driving the AI digital change particularly across GBS functions as organisations strive to drive value from GenAI and Agentic workflows. 

Joshua was previously at
Deloitte and led several Hire to Onboarding projects
leveraging ServiceNow & Workday. With 13 years delivery experience
including work with Mondelez, Takeda & Lloyds.

delivery and provides expert knowledge in HR transformation, Workday and
ServiceNow,
